To ensure that your Diamondlleaf jewellery continues to hold value over time, we offer our Lifetime Buy-Back Programme. Eligible customers can return their Diamondlleaf jewellery and receive a buy-back value of up to 80%, subject to our valuation and quality inspection process.

This policy applies to eligible jewellery purchased directly from Diamondlleaf or our authorised retail channels.

How the Lifetime Buy-Back Works

You can initiate a Lifetime Buy-Back request by contacting our team or visiting our store in person.

Once your jewellery is received, our experts will conduct a detailed quality inspection and valuation. The final buy-back value will be determined based on:

The current market value of the jewellery and its materials.
The weight and purity of precious metals.
The quality and condition of diamonds and gemstones.
The overall condition of the jewellery.
The original purchase details and available documentation.
Any applicable deductions for making charges, discounts, complimentary gifts, damage, or alterations.

The final buy-back value may be up to 80% of the assessed eligible value, depending on the product category, condition, and prevailing market conditions at the time of valuation.

Buy-Back Value

Diamondlleaf offers a Lifetime Buy-Back value of up to 80%, subject to inspection and approval.

Please note that the final amount is determined only after the jewellery has been physically inspected by our quality and valuation team.

The buy-back value may vary depending on the current market rate and the condition of the jewellery at the time the request is made.

Valuation & Approval

After receiving your jewellery, our team will conduct a quality inspection and provide you with the final buy-back valuation.

Once the valuation is shared with you:

You may accept or decline the offer.
If you accept the valuation, the buy-back process will be completed according to the agreed terms.
If you decline the offer, your jewellery will be returned to you.
The valuation offered is based on the prevailing market conditions and inspection results at the time of assessment.

Diamondlleaf reserves the right to revise the final buy-back value based on the findings of the quality inspection.

What You Will Need

To initiate a Lifetime Buy-Back request, customers are required to provide:

The original purchase certificate or invoice.
Valid proof of identity, if required.
The original jewellery piece in a condition consistent with normal wear.

We strongly recommend keeping your original purchase certificate and invoice safely, as missing documentation may affect the final valuation.

Condition of Jewellery

The jewellery must be returned in a condition consistent with normal usage.

Jewellery that has been:

Significantly damaged,
Structurally altered,
Repaired or modified by an unauthorised third party,
Tampered with, or
Found to have missing or replaced components,

may be subject to a reduced valuation or may not be eligible for the Lifetime Buy-Back Programme.

Exceptions

The following items may not be eligible for the Lifetime Buy-Back Programme:

Jewellery not purchased directly from Diamondlleaf or its authorised retail channels.
Products purchased through unauthorised third-party sellers.
Jewellery that has been significantly damaged or structurally altered.
Jewellery that has been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorised parties.
Items without sufficient proof of purchase, where the authenticity or original purchase details cannot be verified.

Diamondlleaf reserves the right to accept or decline any buy-back request after inspection and verification.

Important Note

The "up to 80%" Lifetime Buy-Back value is not guaranteed for every product. The final buy-back amount will depend on the prevailing market conditions, product category, material value, quality inspection, condition of the jewellery, and other applicable valuation factors.

All valuations made by Diamondlleaf will be considered final after the inspection process.
